  • What is the difference between softwash and pressure washing?

Many homeowners don't realize that "HIGH" pressure (3000 to 4500 psi) washing the Roof, Exterior of a home "All Siding", Screen pools enclosures can cause considerable damage to it. Don't put your home in danger just to keep it looking clean and/or using an un-trained professional.

Our Softwash system uses very low pressure, about as much as garden hose. The specialized cleaning solution we use removes dirt and organic growth from home Roofs and/or exterior walls without the need for high-pressure water. Our Softwash system is specifically designed to be under 100 PSI. The softwash process we use relies on the cleaning solution to do the work, not high pressure. "HIGH PRESSURE" should ONLY be used on concrete areas.

  • What do you pressure wash?

"HIGH" pressure should only be used on concrete surfaces like driveways, walkways, porch areas and lanai's.

  • What do you softwash?

Softwashing is a process of low pressure in conjunction with solutions and soaps to help remove all organic material from all types of roofs, house exterior siding all types, white vinyl fencing and wood fencing, playground equipment and pool screen enclosures.

  • Why can't I do this myself?

We have specialized training to know what to use and do. All the equipment we use is commercial-based.

  • What kind of experience do you have?

I have over 10 years experience

  • What kind of equipment do you use?

All our equipment used is commercial-based.

  • Would softwashing or pressure washing increase the curbside appeal of my home?

Yes removing all organic material from the homes exterior driveway etc. would increase curb appeal and you would not get any HOA letters of violation. Especially when you're trying to sell your home it can be a huge selling point.

  • How much does this cost?

Cost is based on what's needing to be done normally total square footage of the property if you're doing a house wash or driveway or roof. By doing multiple items I bundle and save normally 20%

  • How long will this take?

Depending on the square footage and what is being done could take anywhere between one hour to three hours with multiple items.

  • Do I have to be home while you are working?

No homeowners do not need to be home. Would just need access to the backyard and agreement of what is going to be done

  • Who will be doing the work?

Myself and my crew will do the work depending on what is being done if there are multiple items.

  • What type of payment do you take?

I accept cash/checks and can except credit cards but a small fee would have to be added for processing.
